Polyester chips usually refers to the polyester raw materials obtained from the polymerization of production is generally processed into about 4 * 5 * 2 mm or so of sheet-like particles. Polyester production process route has a direct esterification method (PTA method) and ester exchange method (DMT method). PTA method has low raw material consumption, short reaction time and other advantages, since the 80's has become the main process of polyester and the preferred technology route. Large-scale production lines for the continuous production process, semi-continuous and batch production process is suitable for small and medium-sized production units. The use of polyester now includes fibers, all kinds of containers, packaging materials, film, film, engineering plastics and other fields.
