When the tail end of the fibre is no longer held by the front roller jaws, it is no longer held in the fibre guiding channel by the centrifugal action of the air vortex in the spinning nozzle, but is radially dispersed by the rotating air flow at the spindle inlet, and driven by the air vortex, it falls down on the cone at the front end of the spinning spindle, and at the same time rotates with the air vortex and winds up in the subsequent yarns, which are then exported through the channels of the yarn inside the spinning spindle. The yarn formed consists of a core of approximately parallel, untwisted fibres and a helically wrapped fibre at the periphery. The yarns formed and exported are removed from defects by an electronic yarn cutter and wound onto a cylinder. The fibres themselves receive different loads depending on the sum of the retention time of the fibres in the nozzle and the energy density of the injected air. As a result, the characteristics of the yarn change. The higher the speed, the softer the yarn, the lower the speed, the stiffer the yarn. Vortex spun yarns have the characteristic of being hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
